All Sales Are Final

At JadaBug’s Elite Repeat, we carefully inspect and price each pre-loved item before it is placed on the sales floor. Because our merchandise is pre-owned and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Please carefully inspect all items before purchasing, including clothing, shoes, toys, accessories, furniture, baby gear, and other merchandise. We encourage customers to ask questions and make sure they are completely satisfied with their purchase before completing the transaction.

All Sales Are Final

Once a purchase has been completed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or transferred for store credit.

This policy applies to:

• Change of mind
  
• Incorrect size or fit
  
• Items purchased as gifts
  
• Color or style preferences
  
• Duplicate purchases
  
• Items that no longer meet your needs

Pre-Loved Merchandise

All merchandise is sold as-is. Because our inventory consists of pre-loved and consigned merchandise, items may show normal signs of previous use. Customers are responsible for thoroughly examining merchandise before purchasing.

For safety-sensitive items such as car seats, cribs, strollers, and other baby equipment, customers are responsible for reviewing the condition and suitability of the item before purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our All Sales Are Final policy.
